Pricing & Tendering Manager (m/f/d)

Anstellungsart(en): Vollzeit

What you can expect:

  • Designing the pricing structure for future customer proposals
  • Managing the tendering process with clients
  • Supporting the quotation and sales opportunity approval process
  • Leading the implementation of new tools for improving and optimizing pricing procedures and policies
  • Supporting the development of new national and international markets
  • Consolidation and regular follow-up of the sales pipeline for all business lines
  • Participation in trade negotiations in close cooperation with the Country Managers and Business Line Managers
  • Participation in the definition of sales policies and targets as well as marketing strategies and review the implementation and margins
  • Participation in trade congresses and trade fairs
What you need:

  • University degree in industrial engineering or equivalent
  • Several years of professional experience in commercial departments to achieve company goals in the industrial sector
  • The ability to compile comprehensive technical reports
  • Understanding of the wind service industry
  • Knowledge of the wind market and maintenance issues (electro mechanical + blades) of advantage
  • Excellent German and English language skills (Spanish of advantage)
  • Understanding business implications of decisions and alignment to profitability as well as the ability to identify ways to achieve strategic departmental and business objectives
  • Communication and presentation skills, empathy and enjoyment in dealing with a variety of people
  • Independent and structured way of working as well as striving for self-development and responsibility
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Europe
