Administrative Assistant to the Executive Office (all genders)

Your mission

Overview of the position:
Working hours: Full-time (39 hours per week)
Start date: as soon as possible
Duration: limited to two years with the possibility of extension

  • Supporting the executive office, in particular the executive management, in the daily operational tasks
  • Organisation and administration: scheduling, correspondence, travel management
  • Follow-up on important tasks, processes and deadlines
  • Drafting and preparing briefings, presentations, letters and reports
  • Logistical preparation and coordination of high-level meetings, workshops, events
  • Supporting communication and fundraising activities
  • Liaising with employees and international partners



Your knowledge, experience & skills

  • Training in a relevant specialist field
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • High customer and service orientation and confident demeanour
  • Experience in organising and managing events
  • Excellent oral and written language skills in English and, preferably, German
  • Ability to work under time pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong intercultural sensitivity
  • Interest in peace and conflict work, international politics or similar
