Inside Sales Manager

Your mission

We are seeking an Inside Sales Manager (m/f/d) with a talent for sales and strong communication skills.
Your job is to generate new business with existing & potential clients, primarily in the Pharmaceutical industry by:

  • Working closely with Account Executives to identify upsell opportunities with existing customers
  • Managing commercial renewal and contract extension of existing customers
  • Conducting Account Reviews with existing customers to identify sales opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • Planning and executing prospecting campaigns for select groups of target companies
  • Identifying new potential customers and contacting them through cold calling activities (Lead generation)
  • Booking meetings for Account Executives
  • Providing product demonstrations & handling the whole sales cycle, initially with the support of Account Executives
  • Keeping the CRM (Hubspot) up to date.



Your profile

  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience
  • Minimum of 2 years cold calling experience in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of generating own Leads
  • Proven track record of achieving targets
  • High level of accountability
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken)
  • Fluency in additional languages is an asset.
Prior knowledge of the industry is not required as full industry & product knowledge will be provided. We offer a hybrid and flexible work environment with a minimum of 2 days a week of presence in our office in Frankfurt.
