HR Manager (m/f/d) in Biotech Start-up, Part-Time

Your mission

As an HR Manager (m/f/d) at CPTx, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our rapid growth and building a strong company culture. You will be the first team member of our HR Team and will have a lot of room to grow and develop our processes together with our management and leadership team.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing all of our internal employee processes within the scope of execution and administration - from job advertisements, to recruitment, onboarding, preparatory payroll accounting to offboarding.

• Ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and providing general HR support as needed.

• Assisting with hiring processes, including sourcing candidates and conducting initial screenings as we significantly expand our team.

• Collaborating with the team to help build and maintain a positive and strong company culture at CPTx.

• Setting up and managing a feedback culture, including organizing and implementing feedback cycles.

• Managing and keeping employee data in Personio up to date in order to provide the management with insightful data in HR reports.

Your profile

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• A great passion for administrative processes and people-centric work cultures.

• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.

• Experience in working with Personio.

• You have completed an apprenticeship or a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or comparable.

• You have at least 2 years of practical experience in the field of human resources and/or administration and are eager to take on responsibility and work independently.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
