- Lead and develop our GTM strategy and the sales team (2 AEs) to fuel Goodcarbon’s growth
- Build and nurture relationships with Senior Sustainability Leders of multi-national companies and support them on their way to net-zero
- Develop our sales processes to ensure a structured and modern approach to client acquisition and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with product development and marketing for cohesive go-to-market strategies.
- Educate the market/potential clients on conferences, webinars etc. about Goodcarbon’s value in contributing to their environmental and social impact goals.
- Proven experience in B2B Enterprise Sales Leadership, ideally within a Startup or an impact-driven industry, with a track record of exceeding growth targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire both internal teams and external clients and partners
- Analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- You are purpose drive and committed to Goodcarbon’s mission of driving positive environmental change
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Business fluent in English
- Understanding of sustainability or even the carbon market is a plus
