Ihre Aufgaben
As part of our team, you will take responsibility for gathering business requirements, prioritizes and finalizes them for development, brought to the team by internal projects.
You take over subprojects from our Service Owners with all tasks related to integrating suppliers and internal units. You will have to determine effort, timelines and cost for development and gain approval. You have to identify risk and potential gaps and bring conflicting requirements to attention and execute the subprojects.
You will also support the ServiceNow team on its current DevOps journey by actively participating in all knowledge sharing activities.
You will ensure our team has an appropriate and comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, and specifications you have been working on.

Anforderungen
Several years of experience in the realm of ServiceNow platform.
Practical experience in agile and DevOps way of working.
Strong architectural expertise of ServiceNow and integration possibilities.
Previous experience with ServiceNow development is advantageous.
Excellent and effective communication skills and the ability to clearly describe complex topics.
Capable of managing complex-tasks and very good project management skills.
Fluent English language skills are essential, German language skills are advantageous.
