Assistant Accountant (all genders)

Your mission

• Prepare financial documents such as invoices, bills, and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Process transactions including purchase orders, daily receipts, and business expenses.
• Manage payroll and employee-related financial tasks.
• Maintain accurate financial records in ledgers and accounting software.
• Assist in budgeting activities, including annual and monthly budget preparation and year-end analysis.
• Reconcile bank accounts and verify deposits and balances.
• Handle accruals, prepayments, and office expenditure tracking within budget limits.
• Support internal and external audits by coordinating and providing necessary documentation.
• Review and correct financial reports, tracing and resolving errors and discrepancies.
• Collaborate with finance team to prepare reports, statements, and support senior accounting staff.

Your profile

• Strong proficiency with ERPs and digital tools – Ability to confidently navigate accounting software and embrace digital-first processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• High attention to detail – Ensures accuracy in financial data entry, reporting, and error resolution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – Capable of interpreting financial data and identifying discrepancies or areas for improvement.
• Excellent organizational skills – Able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and financial processes systematically.
• Collaborative and communicative – Works effectively with finance teams and other departments, supporting audits and reporting with clear communication.
