3D Artist / Motion Designer – Robot Simulation (m/f/d)

We're looking for a creative mind with top-notch visualization and video editing skills to craft compelling content for technically complex projects. From showcasing robotic innovations to highlighting new automation solutions, your work will help tell the story of our technology in a clear, impactful, and visually engaging way.

As part of our dynamic design team, you'll collaborate closely with our Creative Team Lead and contribute to projects that push the boundaries of what's possible in automation.

Your Responsibilities

• Creation of high-quality 3D visualizations and animations for technical projects, processes, products and innovations in a captivating way
• Collaborate closely with simulation engineers and fellow creatives, working under the guidance of the Creative Team Lead to develop accurate content
• Design compelling motion graphics that translate advanced technologies into engaging visual stories
• Explore and integrate emerging technologies—including CGI, real-time rendering, virtual reality, and AI—to elevate the impact and efficiency of our visual communication

Essential Skills

• Completed degree or formal training in 3D Design, Media Design, Animation, or a comparable creative/technical field
• At least 2 years of professional experience whether in an agency, corporate environment, or freelance capacity with a proven track record of delivering high-quality visual content
• Proficient in 3D software such as Rhinoceros or Blender, with the ability to create detailed, realistic models and animations
• Solid knowledge of video production, motion design, and post-production using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and a keen eye for lighting, enabling the creation of visually compelling 3D scenes, environments, and moods
• Confident understanding of cinematic techniques, including camera movements, composition, and timing for impactful storytelling
• A creative mindset combined with strong technical skills, a collaborative attitude, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
• Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a high standard of quality in every project
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively in an international team
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your skills in 3D modeling, animation, motion graphics, and post-production—ideally across a range of technical or industrial topics

Beneficial Skills

• Hands-on experience in the robotics or automation industry, enabling a deeper understanding of technical subject matter
• Sound design capabilities to enhance video productions with immersive audio experiences
• Familiarity with AI-driven video tools to streamline workflows and push creative boundaries
• Skills in graphic design and UX/UI design, adding visual consistency and user-focused thinking to digital projects
• Experience with motion capture, tracking, and rigging, bringing human-like realism and fluid motion to animations
• Knowledge of NVIDIA Omniverse or similar real-time collaborative platforms for high-fidelity 3D workflows
• Proficiency in 3D city and environment creation, ideal for crafting immersive virtual worlds or simulating real-life settings
