Deine Aufgaben

  • Driving B2B sales growth across the BENELUX and UK regions by identifying and onboarding new strategic accounts, building long-term partnerships, and executing regional growth strategies, including negotiation of commercial terms.

  • Managing the full regional sales pipeline — from market analysis and lead generation to closing — with a focus on optimizing account segmentation across diverse retail channels.

  • Developing and implementing a region-specific tiered service model to enhance partner satisfaction and unlock growth potential, while securing high-value business opportunities in collaboration with key retail stakeholders.

  • Leading regional product launches and brand campaigns by ensuring showroom execution, consistent brand presentation, and delivering localized retailer training and support.

  • Aligning regional sales initiatives with overarching brand and marketing strategies, leveraging consumer trends, and deploying tailored digital content to support market-specific campaigns.

  • Delivering actionable market intelligence and competitive analysis from BENELUX and UK markets to guide business development and continuous performance improvement.

Über dich

  • You're ideally based in Germany (Düsseldorf / NRW preferred) and willing to travel frequently across the BENELUX and UK regions.

  • Proven experience in B2B sales and business development within international markets, ideally in high-value or premium consumer goods.

  • Demonstrated success in driving market expansion and executing Go-to-Market strategies across multiple countries, working cross-functionally with marketing, e-commerce, and operations.

  • Strong understanding of retail landscapes and consumer behavior in BENELUX and UK, with a data-driven, customer-first mindset and commercial sharpness.

  • Excellent relationship builder with a track record of establishing and maintaining key partnerships; an existing network in the region is a plus.

  • Confident communicator in multicultural environments, with excellent verbal, written, and digital communication skills in English; Dutch, French, or German language skills are a strong advantage.

  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence, collaborate, and guide internal and external stakeholders across different markets.

  • Proactive and curious with a growth mindset, combining analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach to continuously improve sales strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment.

  • Personally aligned with Vetsak’s core values and committed to representing them consistently in all interactions — both internally and externally.
