Your mission

Join Nextbike as our International Business Development Manager and lead strategic growth in France while driving value for clients and partners.

  • Develop and execute growth strategies focused on financial success and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive sales and lead high-level client relations, ensuring contract delivery and exceeding expectations.
  • Contribute to contract negotiations and support bidding processes with strategic documentation.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to ensure profitability and informed business decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to meet project timelines, manage costs, and track key developments.



Your profile

  • A degree in economics, business, sustainable development, or a related field; experience in mobility is a strong plus
  • Comfort with technology and experience in operations, innovation, or change management
  • Fluency in French and English, other European languages are a bonus
  • A proven ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders, including public sector representatives
  • A collaborative mindset, adaptability in a fast-changing environment and willingness to travel internationally
