Your new role

• You support the IT transformation and Strategic Project Office in daily operations and strategic initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and alignment across projects
• You prepare structured presentations, reports, and Excel analyses for management meetings and decision-making
• You plan, document, and follow up on workshops, project sessions, and key decisions, keeping projects on track
• You maintain dashboards, timelines, and status reports, ensuring transparency and progress visibility
• You conduct research and benchmarking on digital transformation and emerging technologies, while supporting AI use case identification and knowledge sharing

Your strenghts

• You work in a structured, detail-oriented, and project-driven manner, collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders
• You are highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel and can summarise meetings to avoid ambiguity
• You communicate complex topics clearly and concisely, proactively following items through to closure
• You are passionate about digital transformation and AI technologies and stay informed on emerging trends
• You act proactively, solution-oriented, collaboratively, and communicate confidently in English. Good German language skills are also important.
