Your mission

• You will become part of the Knowledge Management & Training team in the Elli Operations Department.
• You can expect varied tasks related to training & qualification, knowledge management and technical documentation.
• You will support the preparation, implementation and follow-up of technical training on our charging hardware (remotely and in our training center in Wolfsburg).
• You will support the creation of training media (PowerPoint, WBTs and videos).
• You will support the creation and maintenance of knowledge articles and FAQs on our products and services.
• You will support the revision of our technical documentation for our products.

Your profile

• You are studying economics, industrial engineering, business education, linguistics, or a comparable field of study.
• You have a strong interest in technology and are passionate about electromobility and the opportunities presented by the energy transition.
• You possess excellent communication skills and outstanding written expression in both German and English.
• You have solid user knowledge of MS Office programs and, ideally, Adobe InDesign.
• Ideally, you have gained initial practical experience in the fields of training and qualification, knowledge management, or technical documentation.
